King Le Temple

King Le Temple worships Le Hoan was a king of Vietnam in the 10th century. The temple is located in Xuan Lap commune of Tho Xuan district, the central province of Thanh Hoa, Vietnam.

Le Hoan was born in 941 in Trung Lap village in the area which is now Xuan Lap commune. He founded the Early Le Dynasty and continued the unfinished national construction process of King Dinh Bo Linh. The temple was recognised as a national relic site in 1990.

Lam Kinh Festival takes place on the 22nd day of the eight lunar month in King Le temple, Lam Kinh, Tho Xuan District, Thanh Hoa Province. Lam Kinh is the place of mausoleums and tombs of the Le Kings.
