Chiem Hoa Tuyen Quang, a mountainous district of Tuyen Quang Province is located the northwest Vietnam, about 3 hour drive from Hanoi. The district contains 1 township and 25 communes including Vinh Loc, Minh Quang, Trung Ha, Ha Lang, Phuc Son, Tan My, Hung My, Tan An, Hoa An, Trung Hoa, Nhan Ly, Binh Nhan, Vinh Quang, Kim Binh, Tri Phu, Linh Phu, Ngoc Hoi, Phu Binh, Binh Phu, Kien Dai, Yen Lap, Xuan Quang, Phuc Thinh, Tan Thinh, Yen Nguyen, and Hoa Phu.
